About
The Peninsula Gardens Retirement Village consists of 104 villas, either two or three bedroom.
Entry requirements to the Village are that the resident is over 50 years of age and able to live independently.
The land and villa are owned freehold; there is an incoming contribution fee of $5000.00 and a fee payable on sale of the villa is a $250 for an administration fee. Residents are responsible for Council Rates, utility accounts, contents insurance and maintenance of their property. Body Corporate & Building insurance for individual villas is organized by the Office annually and premiums are proportioned to the 104 villas. If residents wish to insure their building & contents with their own insurer, a Body Corporate insurance fee is still applicable.
Facilities provided for use by residents’ and residents’ visitors are:
• Swimming pool• Library – books and videos• Fully equipped Kitchen• Dining Room • Snooker Table / Dart Board• Outdoor Bowling Green• Hairdresser in attendance each Friday.* Big Screen TV* Caravan Storage Yard (subject to availability)* Gym * Indoor Bowls * Extensive Gardens and public space . Craft Classes and Groups . Cards & Board Game Groups
